Position Summary:
- Under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, prepare and deliver all food items to the pre-defined expectations and presentation standards.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares all food items in accordance with established recipe and quality standards in a timely manner
- Prepares hot foods and sauces as directed
- Responsible for daily soup preparation as directed
- Maintains the cleanliness of all kitchen work stations, tools, equipment and supplies and ensures the proper food handling techniques are being followed

Qualifications:
